In and around Pamplona

In Pamplona:

Pamplona is the historical capital city of the former Reino de Navarra. The city is famous for the running of the bulls during the San Fermin festival. Little is it known, but this precious little city is captivated by Ernest Hemingway in his book "The Sun Also Rises". Pamplona is also home to the Universidad de Navarra, where we met and continue to make wonderful memories.

Sights

We recommend that you take a stroll around Pamplona's "Casco Viejo" or the "Old Town" and let the charm of Pamplona's plazas and streets take your breathe away.

Pamplona Cathedral (Santa Maria La Real) - 15th century Gothic cathedral

Iglesia de San Saturnino - Gothic Church

La Ciudadela - pentagonal fortress built in the 16th century
